DiMarzio® The Tone Zone® Guitar Humbucker Pickup (DP155)
All DiMarzio® full-size humbuckers are available with both standard and F-spaced pole pieces. F-spacing is slightly greater, and should be used for the bridge position on almost all guitars with tremolo bridges or wide string-spacing. Guitars with a nut width of 1-11/16" (43 mm) or greater should use F-spaced pickups in the neck position as well. **Standard black is in stock** $74.00

I have used this pickup in alot of diferent guitars and it has never disapointed me. It's exelent bass response keeps the low end solid and clear and the midrange response makes it easy to pull out harmonics in most places. But be warned, if you're not a fan of the ultra mid range sound (simalar to a wha pedal set in the mid position) this is not the pickup for you. It has been designed to produce a kind of mid range growl that leaves most clasic sound lovers with a distastefull frown. The responses of the attack and the string seperation are amazing. You can ease off your pick attack and the pickup seems to clean up alot. When playing single notes or whole arpegiated chords each string comes through with amazing clarity. This pickup never gets muddy. It can also be wired for a variety of diferent options, single coil, dual coil, humbucking, or in combination with another pickup, out of phase. All in all this is an exelent pickup for anyone wanting that 80's metal sound or even a newer modern sound.
